My Beauty Box Italia #November – CAUDALIE

I am so thrilled with this month’s MBBI.. I couldn’t be happier! When I opened it I literally squealed. From the title of this post, you might have guessed what the November box is all about: Caudalìe. One of the most coveted brands amongst beauty bloggers worldwide.. and for a very good reason, as you will soon see! I am pleasantly surprised to see that an Italian beauty box company, like MBBI, has once again upped their game: last time with Nuxe and this time with an all new updated and stylish black box and Caudalìe. If anyone is unfamiliar with the latter, I’ll fill you in: the brand is famous for its all-natural and environment-friendly ingredients and ethic. The quality of the products is outstanding. Considering it’s a hype brand, you’d think the prices would be high, but they actually aren’t! They’re quite affordable, not high-street, but you get a spa treatment with each little treasure. This month’s MBBI box’s theme is, in fact, HOME ECO SPA.

Sono davvero molto entusiasta della MBBI di questo mese.. non potrei essere più felice! Quando l’ho aperta ho letteralmente buttato un urlo. Dal titolo del post, avrete capito di cosa si tratta la box di Novembre: Caudalìe. Uno dei brand più famosi tra le beauty blogger nel mondo e per una buona ragione, come vedrete in seguito. Sono rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa nel vedere come un’azienda di beauty box italiana abbia alzato ancora una volta la posta in gioco: lo scorso mese con Nuxe e questa volta con un packaging tutto nuovo e Caudalìe. Se qualcuno di voi non è familiare con quest’ultima, vi do qualche info: il brand è famoso per i suoi ingredienti e la sua etica a favore dell’ambiente e della natura. Considerando che è una marca molto famosa, uno potrebbe pensare che i prezzi siano eccessivi, ma non lo sono! Sono molto alla mano, certo non da supermercato o Acqua&Sapone, ma ogni piccolo tesoro è un trattamento da spa. Non per niente il tema della MBBI di questo mese è HOME ECO SPA.

There was also a gift voucher for 10€ to spend on any Caudalìe product of my choice, which I thought was absolutely great, because I already know what to bank my money on: I know it’s a really tiny sample, but the Moisturizing Cream Mask is really something else. I tried it this morning on my tired, itchy and dry face and it didn’t sting at all. It went on smoothly and it was like I was pressing a silk cloth against my skin.. If anyone has experienced this same skin problem during colder months, you know that any “moisturizing” product that actually stings or make your face heat up, does NOT mean “it’s working”, it means “Take the stuff off your face immediately, because your skin is reacting badly to it”. I’m not a tingly kind of person. So there you have it, November’s My Beauty Box Italia.

C’era anche un voucher di 10€ da spendere su un qualsiasi prodotto a scelta della Caudalìe, che io trovo sia fantastico dato che so già su cosa spenderli: so che il campioncino è piccolo, ma la Moisturizing Cream Mask è veramente una svolta. L’ho provata stamattina sul mio viso stanco, secco e arrossato e non ho sentito alcun bruciore, si stende che è una meraviglia ed era come avere sul viso un velo di seta sulla pelle.. Se qualcuno di voi ha sperimentato il mio stesso problema durante i mesi più freddi, sapete allora che un qualsiasi prodotto “idratante” che in effetti bruci o “surriscalda” la pelle, non significa che “sta funzionando!” significa “Togli immediatamente questa robaccia dal viso, perchè la tua pelle sta reagendo male!”. Non sono il tipo di persona che crede nel “Bruciore, prurito, sta funzionando!”. Quindi ecco a voi la My Beauty Box Italia di Novembre.
